2025
Carrying a Legacy of Transformation
Illuman has been entrusted with something living. This is not a legacy to place behind glass. It is a path to keep walking in council, chapters, on retreat, in our online community, and in the daily practice of becoming available men.
In 2025, we have been listening more closely to our chapters and inviting them more fully into the work of shaping Illuman’s future. Our chapters are where men learn to tell the truth, sit with one another, and invite others into the kind of inner work that can change a life.
We have also developed a strategic plan to guide us over the next three years and beyond. At its heart is a simple question: what must we build now so that many more men can find this work?
That will require strong infrastructure, steady leadership, clear communication, and the financial resources to support it all. All so that our chapters and leaders can focus on what matters most: helping men discover a deeper, more purposeful, and authentic life—and opening the circle wider for others to join this vital work.

Rooted in Transformation
In 2024, Illuman reached over 600 men through Men’s Rites of Passage, ongoing Circles, Council trainings, and a vibrant network of local Chapters. But numbers only tell part of the story. Inside this year’s Impact Report, you’ll find deep stories of transformation. These experiences reflect a sacred truth: when men are offered spaces of radical belonging and spiritual depth, they don’t just heal—they awaken.

A Year of Deep Roots
With genuine gratitude, we reflect on the past year of being deeply rooted men. We are so grateful for your support, which has enabled Illuman to flourish, expanding its branches while nurturing its roots in the soil of the community. Being on the Journey of Illumination with you is so meaningful and enriching. To be rooted is to be grounded. To be grounded is to live and act with authority, even while being highly aware of one’s limitations. This year, we've witnessed growth in the depth of our collective journey—inviting men through local chapters and groups to live into their spiritual journeys.
As we lean into this next year, we do so together, deeply rooted and aspiring towards the light of wisdom and connection. We are grateful to be pressing into this journey with all of you. Thank you for your part in this!
