Possible Parables – Biblical Stories Re-Imagined and Performed

We all know these scriptural stories. We know them so well that they’re opaque now. We may feel we’ve exhausted them, but there’s no end to their depth and their capacity to amaze and to pierce. Jim Healy does not just re-enact the stories; he re-imagines them from a different point of view; from a radically different perspective. The result is that old stories become new, not just in the performing, but in the shared reflections afterwards. Part theater, part "council", and part ritual. Come be a part of it and dive into our foundational stories of faith, doubt, and growth. 

Jim has been involved in men’s work since the late ‘80’s. A popular speaker and writer in his “other life” as a psychologist, Jim has more recently been writing and performing in his own theatrical work including the popular Louis Jolliet: A Solid Path Through Water.
